1. About DealKhata

DealKhata (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is a software platform for property brokers in India to manage owners, listings, leads, visits, deals, and earnings. By creating an account or using the website at dealkhata.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (properties, leads, owner and tenant details). You must use the service only for lawful brokerage and business purposes.

3. Your account

• Keep your login email and password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share your account with others unless you accept full responsibility.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and payments

We may offer a free trial and paid plans (e.g. DealKhata Pro). Prices and features are shown on our website and may change with notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

5. Your data and content

You own the business data you enter (leads, properties, deals). You grant us permission to host, process, and display it only to provide the service. You must have the right to store phone numbers and personal data you upload and follow applicable privacy laws (including consent where required).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to access another user’s data without permission.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
• Upload malware or misleading content.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

8. Disclaimer

DealKhata is a tool to help you organize your work. We do not broker property transactions, verify listings, or guarantee deals. You remain solely responsible for your client relationships, RERA compliance where applicable, and all legal obligations as a broker.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealKhata and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost deals arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform. Upon termination, you may export your data where the product allows; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
