Yes. Quick Create reads a pasted WhatsApp message, portal enquiry, or your own notes and fills in the owner, property, or lead form for you — no retyping. A WhatsApp AI Agent that picks up incoming enquiries automatically is in the works for our upcoming Team plan.

There's nothing to download from an app store. On Android/Chrome, open dealkhata.in and tap Install when prompted. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Either way, it opens like a regular app from your home screen.

Yes. Every connection to DealKhata is encrypted, passwords are securely hashed, and the business data you enter — owners, leads, deals — belongs to you. We use it only to run the app for you, and never sell it.

Only you. Every broker's account is isolated — your properties, leads, owners, and deals are scoped to your account, and no other broker can browse them, even by accident.

Only when it's needed to support you — for example, if you raise a support request and we need to look into your account to help. We don't browse broker data otherwise, and we never sell or share it with third parties.

On managed cloud infrastructure, currently hosted in a Singapore data center. We don't store your business data on local computers or personal devices.

We're actively building out automated backup infrastructure — it isn't fully live yet. Until it is, your data sits on our managed cloud database, and we'd recommend exporting your earnings reports periodically as an extra precaution.

Yes — you can export your earnings report as a CSV anytime. Full export for properties, leads, and deals is on our near-term roadmap; until then, email help@dealkhata.in if you need a complete copy of your data.

Your account and data stay exactly as they are — nothing is deleted just because your subscription lapses. If you'd like your account and data removed entirely, email help@dealkhata.in and we'll action it.

Yes — email help@dealkhata.in and we'll delete your account and data. A self-service delete option inside your profile settings is coming soon.

Yes. DealKhata works in your browser on any phone, tablet, or computer — just sign in with your account. Your data stays in sync across all of them since everything lives on our servers, not your device.

Yes. Nothing is stored only on your phone — your data lives in your DealKhata account. Sign in on your new phone and everything is exactly as you left it.

Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — cards, UPI, and netbanking all work. Your plan renews automatically unless you turn auto-renewal off, and refunds can be requested within the window shown on your subscription page.

We collect only what's needed to run the app — your account details and the business data you add. We don't sell your data or your clients' data to anyone. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
